Musical Folk was born from the love of music, friends and drinks, where the sharing of music and good wine has led myself to make great friends and form important relationships. I’m James, and I started the Musical Folk label just in-time for Vintage and Harvest 2021. My journey into the wine industry was largely serendipitous, working casually at a number of Cellar Doors in the Yarra Valley, to help get by as a struggling musician and sound engineer. As luck may have it, I was offered the opportunity to lend a hand over a number of harvests as a bucket boy, emptying buckets of grapes into half tonne bins pulled along on the back of a tractor. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/a8bdb5dc-d726-4a65-8916-29de4a4481e0/1531-1024+%281%29.jpg About https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/e435ddc7-c504-4f08-9a08-11892a8b36bb/000028.JPG About https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/7c4d7b63-982c-4d0b-a52c-2473a06283dc/20230324_140915.jpg About https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/contact daily 0.75 2025-10-24 https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/vineyards daily 0.75 2025-10-30 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/d2691735-0393-4ded-baf7-b1baa66adcce/DSCF0235.JPG.jpg https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/d84f9d7d-d56c-4827-8f63-463730af7151/20240217_123453.jpg https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines daily 0.75 2022-08-15 https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/vignerons-jimmy-mik monthly 0.5 2026-11-07 https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/p/a-pinot-noir-from-a-vineyard-on-boundary-road-2026 monthly 0.5 2026-11-07 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/f9fc7412-d0bd-4e57-9633-48c7f5edbf1f/pno+bottle.png Wines - 'A Pinot Noir from a Vineyard on Boundary Road' 2026 - pno bottle.png https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/p/a-rose-from-a-vineyard-on-boundary-road-2026 monthly 0.5 2026-11-07 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/12bffa4c-0469-4a61-be15-4d163b3b1145/rose+bottl.png Wines - 'A Rose from a Vineyard on Boundary Road' 2026 - rose bottl.png https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/p/2023-spring-pinot-noir-hr9rn monthly 0.5 2026-11-07 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/1d5cb984-b752-4c29-916e-47eeac1f0cc5/1000017519.jpg Wines - 2026 Pinot Noir https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/p/2023-spring-pinot-noir-s6khz-sn4kf monthly 0.5 2026-08-30 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/bd3a4614-62ba-4ea8-9d25-961382a0649c/DSCF0223%252Bgood%252Bone.jpg Wines - 2025 Chardonnay - DSCF0223%2Bgood%2Bone.jpg https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/fa70743d-04c2-4f86-9da4-9ae13ceb92ad/DSCF0234.JPG.jpg Wines - 2025 Chardonnay - DSCF0234.JPG.jpg https://www.musicalfolkwines.com.au/wines/p/2021-chardonnay-fbk7e-k6479-aa9yw monthly 0.5 2026-11-07 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/614be02f50133473dd1e46ce/57f31bca-38a0-4441-b865-c760e36445e6/IMG_2144.jpg Wines - 2026 Amber Pinot Gris
